What is Talent Friendly Nation?
Talent Friendly Nation is an initiative powered by Sustainary, an organization driven by a passion for making Denmark more inclusive and diverse.
We aim to transform Denmark into the preferred destination for international talent. Through targeted initiatives, projects, partnerships, and policy advocacy, we address barriers of inclusion, diversity and bureaucracy.
Talent Friendly Nation seeks to unlock the full potential of international talent working with Danish organisations, to fuel innovation, drive economic growth, and strengthen Denmark’s position in a global context. We want to support both Individuals and organisations on their joint journey, to better retain international talent.
We support businesses in diversifying their workforce and retaining talent, while also empowering international talent to fully integrate into Danish society and workplaces. Our goal is to build an ecosystem where organizations, individuals, and society mutually benefit from the value that international talent brings to Denmark.

We aim to create an ecosystem where organizations, individuals, and society mutually benefit from the value that international talent bring to Denmark. This ecosystem will support organizations in their talent recruitment and retention efforts, advocate for inclusive policies. In addition to supporting organizations we empower international talent to thrive in Denmark.
